SPC Works Automation Software

SPC Works Automation is user friendly software for automatic data collection and spc control charting. Collect data, respond to process changes, draw control charts, and communicate results with SPC Works Automation.

Data Collection:

Collect data from CMM's, PLC's, mic's, gauges, CNC's, and more.

1 subgroup outside 3 sigma units.

2 of 3 subgroups outside 2 sigma units.

4 of 5 subgroups consecutive sugroups outside 1 sigma unit.

8 consecutive subgroups greater than 1 sigma unit from central limit.

14 consecutive subgroups on one side of the central limit.

6 consecutive subgroups all increasing or all decreasing.

15 consecutive subgroups within 1 sigma unit of central limit.

Export:

Export data as CSV (comma delimited text file).

Export data as html (web page)

Export images of control charts (jpg, png, bmp).

Export images of capability charts (jpg, png, bmp).
